Continued exposure to stressful situation can lead to burnout. Stress may be unavoidable, but when you revive yourself by spending at least a half an hour per day focused on hobbies, self-care habits or doing something you enjoy, it puts wind in your sails and helps restore your sense of self and alleviate stress.
Participants track and earn point by:
– Taking a half hour a day to practice a hobby or relaxation to put wind in their sails.
– Complete a pre and post challenge survey for data reporting.
– Watch a short weekly video module and answer questions that facilitate awareness, intention action for individuals.
